Orders are custom printed and shipped to you normally within 10-12 business days of payment date. However, there are times that due to heavy volume we run slightly behind and orders can take up to 15 business days processing time. You are always welcome to message us to check your order or make sure we can get your order shipped out by a specific date.
If there is a problem with your order. We will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Please be sure to message us within 72 hours of your package being delivered so that we can quickly address the issue. All requests received after the 72 hour mark will be considered on a case by case basis.
How do I personalize my order?
When will my order ship?
Orders are currently shipping at appx 10 business days from the day they were paid for.
**During sales or times of high volume orders it may take a few days extra for orders to ship. If there is an unforseen delay, you will be notified. You are always welcome to message or email for an update to your order
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do! Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on facebook and we will work out the details before creating a custom listing for you.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes we can.
There is a minimum $25 fee for design creation. All artwork submitted must be original or provide proof of permission to use. No copyrighted artwork will be created for sale.

All designs are for personal/small commercial use only and may not be COPIED,
DISTRIBUTED, SHARED, or RESOLD.
NO REFUNDS for digital download products.
